Returns & Replacement Policy
We dont accept return or exhange if item is unsold or not liked by you as we already mention fabric details and other details on website.
We Accept returns only in case of any damage on product except cotton dress material or Dupatta Damage or Missing, where u will be refunded within 1 week or get replacement of same within 1 week.
Terms and Condition for Returns :
- If any item received by you to be checked within 3 days
- If any damage is found, please do inform us with images of damage via email at email@example.com
- Confirmation Email will be sent to you with address on which you need Self-Ship via india post Regd. parcel Service costing u Rs 38/kg .
- Cost of Shipping is not refundable.
- On receipt of the product at the warehouse, We will process refund or Replacement within 7 working days.
Q. How Do I Self-Ship Products For Return/Exchange?
Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags and packaging intact. Put the product with its original packaging in a box.
Seal the box. This step is important to ensure that the courier partner does not open/ tamper with the contents of the box.
COURIER THE PACKAGE
Ship the package through any courier service to the address mentioned in Email. (you can Prefer to go to Nearest India post office and book Registerd Parcel , it s Low Cost Courier Charging @38 Rs /kg )
Q. If I return the purchased product will the GST amount charged be refunded?
A. Yes. If you return the product as per the returns policy then the applicable GST amount will also be refunded to you.
Q. In case I return the products, will the Courier charges be credited back?
A. No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.
